Our Services are provided “AS IS.” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. LTD Hunter and its suppliers and licensors hereby disclaim all warranties of any kind, express or implied, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Neither LTD Hunter, nor its suppliers and licensors, makes any warranty that our Services will be error free or that access thereto will be continuous or uninterrupted. You understand that you download from, or otherwise obtain content or services through, our Services at your own discretion and risk.

Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

Except to the extent any applicable law provides otherwise, the Agreement and any access to or use of our Services will be governed by the laws of the United States of America.

The proper venue for any disputes arising out of or relating to the Agreement and any access to or use of our Services will be the state and federal courts located in the United States of America.

Changes

LTD Hunter reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.

If you disagree with our changes, then you should stop using our Services within the designated notice period, or once the changes become effective.

Refunds

LTD Hunter will honor a 7 days refund guarantee (no questions asked) policy only for the products sold on LTD Hunter as “LTD Hunter Exclusive Deals” offered and sold on https://ltdhunter.com. As we also provide affiliate links on the homepage to deals and offers from other platforms, we can not and will not issue any refunds for products purchased outside https://ltdhunter.com. If the product you are interested in is offered under a 3rd party deals platform and that 3rd party platform processed your order, you should refer to that platform for any refund questions or requests. LTD Hunter reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to issue additional refunds or to extend the refund period if a platform that offered a lifetime deal on LTD Hunter under the category “LTD Hunter Exclusive Deals” goes out of business. Please understand that lifetime deals are mainly deals on the lifetime of the platform that offered the deal on LTD Hunter, not on the lifetime of the purchaser, or the lifetime of LTD Hunter platform. Buying a lifetime deal includes the risk of not receiving the service that was promised for life and/or not fulfilling the promised roadmap during the initial launch. As almost all lifetime deals come from startups, it is considered a risk you have to accept prior to placing an order of any lifetime deal.
